Under FERPA and educational records laws, we maintain credential completion records to support ongoing verification of credentials issued. You may request deletion of your account data, but credential completion records may be retained as required by law and professional credentialing standards.

We implement security through multiple layers:

Service Provider Security:

  • All service providers (Kajabi, Zapier, Accredible) are SOC 2 Type II certified
  • Providers maintain enterprise-grade security controls including encryption, access controls, and intrusion detection
  • Security controls are independently audited annually

Organizational Security:

  • Limited access to student data within our organization
  • Access management policies for administrative accounts
  • Regular review of vendor security certifications

Limitations: Despite our security measures and those of our service providers, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
