Elementary Educators in Phase One

The window to access your micro-credential in “Mastering the Science of Reading in New Hampshire” has opened!  Credentials Unlimited, led by Dr. Lori Severino and Donna Hejtmanek, offers micro-credentials for courses that align with the Science of Reading. NHED will cover the cost of the credential until Covid-relief funds are exhausted for this program. After that time, it will cost $25 for educators to purchase their own credential.

A micro-credential is a visual representation of your high quality achievement in Science of Reading, which can be highlighted on your social media (e.g., LinkedIn), Email signature, and resume. NHED recognizes your hard-earned accomplishment in LETRS and we are proud of our educators and their achievements.

Please be prepared to upload the following documents:

• LETRS transcript with a post test score of 80% or higher. Find out how to print your transcript here.
• Upload your teaching certificate from New Hampshire
• The Foundations of Reading test score of 240 or higher for New Hampshire. Find out how to get your test score here.
